An apple a day, keeps the doctor away. If the doctor is handsome, throw the apple away.
Saw this on someone's blog. LOL
i got my aiport guide pay yesterday. it is actually a bonus because initially we were told that we were not paid for our training. however, some uncle went to complain and wanted to make it big, thus i got my extra bonus. thanks uncle for your courage!

i'll be looking forward to the korean restaurant which she wants to bring me there. she strongly recommends the cow tongue. she loves that! -.-
okay. time to mug. jfyi, i had mug the wrong subject for the past one hour.
OLYMPICS had started for about 2 weeks already and I haven't blog anything about it. This event was prepared for many years. I visited Beijing 7 years ago and I remembered the whole street was filled the banners that says Beijing 2008. That time, they were trying to get the chance to hold Olympics.
Okay, sad to say is that I missed the opening of the Olympics. I heard that it was really grand. I'm just wondering if anyone will put it on youtube?
Yesterday, during work, I met some people who were involved in the Olympics. They were not the participants but they were the referee. A guy wearing this ugly blue blazer with the olympic sign, came to redeem gift. I thought he was some big fan of Olympic. I mean who is the world will buy that blazer which got an ugly colour. However, deep inside my heart, I was really curious what does he got to do with Olympic but I didnt ask. It seems rude to invade people's privacy.
Then the other man came, wearing the same blazer. He looked nicer and friendlier than the previous guy so I just asked.
Renn: Sir, do you work at the Olympics? Referee: Yeah. I'm the referee.
My goodness!
Partner: oh! For which game? Referee: Badminton.
Then my partner asked him about a badminton which I dont know. I only know Ronald Susilo. =/
Referee: Are you a big fan of _____? Partner: Not really. Renn: So you saw Ronald Susilo play? Referee: Yeah. He lost. Renn: Yeah. I watched that match. Referee: He's too old to play. Renn: OH really! I dont know his age. Haha.
That's so cool. So my partner and I met two referees of the olympic today! My partner guessed that the first one was the referee for weight lifting. I asked her why. She said because that man is big. -.-
Okay. Team Singapore is coming back these few days but I'm not going to work for the next two weeks. Oh well...

Exams start this week. and I am looking forward to it!
I am even more looking forward to the holidays! ((:
Saw this interview while I was reading up about this guy, Scott Rigsby. I extracted it from a website.
When Scott was 18 years old the pickup truck he was riding in was suddenly hit by a passing 3-ton attached trailer truck, which subsequently dragged him 300 feet. His back suffered third degree burns, his right leg was severed off and his left leg hung barely intact. His life was seemingly over.
Over a decade of countless doctor visits and hospitals, 26 surgeries, additional amputation, depression, fear, and uncertainty, Rigsby had become a professional patient. An inevitable battle with prescription drug addiction followed, as did the loss of many relationships and trust. At one point, things got so desperate that Rigsby sold what little furniture he had just to pay rent. There was no steady income and no dreams for a stable or successful future.
In 2005 he decided to change his life and became determined to “Do the Unthinkable.”
Credit to Mark. For a complete interview, go to: http://www.mytropicalescape.com/2008/01/21/scott-rigsby-do-the-unthinkable-interview/
I love the way he sum up everything.
First is this. "I want to place my ordinary life in the hands of extraordinary God so He can do the extraordinary things." -Scott Rigsby Indeed, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13 NKJV
The second one. "At the end of the day, it's all about knowing God and making Him known. If I havent done that day, I've lost that day....." something like that. Mind blowing and I think it sums up everything about life.
Omgness!
I'd finally understand why we click and why people believe that we're cousins. It is just because we're so so so similar! Great minds think alike. Although ours are not really great, we still can identify with one another. hoho.
Love the time. HAHA.

Okay. By popular demand, I've decided to return back to this little green bloggy to explain my previous post. =/
It happened on one of the wednesday.
My class was so addicted to PUZZLE FIGHTER recently. Then, one day after school, Joanna, Jim and I decided to make full use of our 3 hours in the library, playing PUZZLE FIGHTER. Actually, we didnt really play for 3 hours but there was at least an hour.
After that 1 hour game, Joanna and I wanted to go and book the study room because we got a japanese class test in the late afternoon and we had not studied. =/ Then, I realised my handphone and purse was missing. We went up to the PC there and check but we couldnt find it.
Jim called my phone. Someone picked up the call. He said that my hp and purse were at the HSS office so we headed to HSS. When we walked in, there was this guy who pointed at me and said, "So it was you!". Deep inside, I'm thinking, "yeah why?!"
Then he explained the whole situation to us. The funny part is this. My hp and purse was found separately and was returned to different places initially. This HSS guy flipped through my purse and checked my hp number in the school system. He called and the ONE STOP STATION staff picked up the call.
So he finally understand the situation. Some dumb person loses her phone and her purses. Next, he went to retrieve my phone. He was afraid that I would make a police report that he even called my house phone and email me.
While he was busying trying to contact me, I was happily playing PUZZLE FIGHTER with my classmate. When he asked if I've made any police report about losing my NRIC, my classmates and I looked at one another and laughed but we didnt tell him what we were actually doing.
If we did, I think if we did, he's gonna roar us, scream us, struggle us, chop us and later bury us in one of the pillars in engine school.
Oh ya! Do you know why the kind soul return my purse and wallet? I've thought of two reasons. The first one. They are really kind people. Kind people do exist in Singapore. I think I'm one of them =/.
The second one. Because who in this world will wanna take a purse which only have $3 in it and my cards are useless to them because they dont have the passwords. And who is this world will take a hp which have some buttons missing, and sell it. No one will want to buy it anyway.
Okay. I'm so lazy to blog these few days. I think the next post prolly will be after main exam or in a new blog. Hmm.. I'll see first.
Ciaos.
